In my ongoing quest which is The Hitchhiker’s Guide to Men’s Skincare, I came across Verso, a well-known skincare brand from Stockholm, Sweden.
To be honest, it was God sent in terms of timing as I was cluelessly looking for a premium moisturiser for my middle-aged but newly cleansed face (check out Part 4 of the series). I was introduced to this brand after I started this series a while back.
First off, the bottle/tube design is interesting that it comes with a number labelled on the outside. The Nourishing Cream I was given was labelled as Number 3, which should mean step 3 to me.
I did a little reading on Verso’s official website to know more about their products, and their star ingredient is Retinol 8, which is a Vitamin A Complex that according to their website boasts an ‘…ability to reprogram skin cells into behaving like baby cells sprung fresh from the dermis layer of the skin.’ Or what it probably meant in English is this ingredient highly effectively rejuvenates my skin.
All this aside, what I really like is this: ‘Verso’s ultimate goal is to make it easier for our customers to combine a healthy skincare routine with busy contemporary life by offering products that deliver performance without fuss.’
This is perfect for a skincare dummy like me.
