SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Toning Toner (30ml) gentle exfoliating toner that can be used daily to help exfoliate dead skin cells and is suitable for sensitive skin. This toner features toner features 84% centella asiatica extract plus hyaluronic acid, PHA, and niacinamide to soothe, moisturize, gently exfoliate and help with hyperpigmentation.
This toner is suitable for all skin types, especially sensitive skin.
