HOW TO USE
Outline the lip line using the pointed end of lip pencil. Fill out the entire lips with the pointed end of lip pencil and gently blend out with the built-in brush. To create a gradated lip look, define the corner of lips and color in the inner lips, and then use the built-in brush to blend along the lip line to create a soft blurred finish.
